PAYMENT: Full payment for the total number of nights is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card at time of booking.
ROOM OCCUPANCY: Only two guests per room, except for the Family Room with 1 extra adult or 1 child and 1 infant/toddler.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00p – 9:00p (after-hours accommodation can be arranged).
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
CHILDREN: All children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times while on property.
PETS: Only one Certified Service Dog or small dog under 25 lbs. are welcome. When in public places dogs must be leashed and in a harness. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Guests are finically responsible for any damage caused by their pet to property or harm caused to other guests/staff.
DAMAGE AND / OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details, and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by the Woodbine Inn and Restaurant a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. This includes but is not limited to damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, mattresses, bedding, equipment, etc. In the case of theft including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, floral arrangements etc. you will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.
DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH SECURITY CAMERAS, FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS / FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the property, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, fire extinguishers, and security cameras. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any of the above-mentioned items will be charged with any costs incurred by the Inn due to their actions and will be evicted. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions, law enforcement may become involved at the owner’s discretion. Should it be discovered after the guest has departed that firefighting or detection equipment has been tampered with, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest/staff compensation, etc.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our inn or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the owners for the operation and management of the Inn. We will refuse service or evict a guest: for being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times; seeks to use the property for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring onto the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room; refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the owners for the operation and management of our inn.
PARKING AT OWN RISK: All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked near the property.
SMOKING: For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking indoors of tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cigars, etc. Guests violating this policy may be evicted with no refund. A cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest for removal of any smoke odor. Smoking is only allowed outdoors on the porches and in designated smoking areas on the grounds.
CANDLES, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS, OPEN FLAME: Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine assessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.
COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS: The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility, is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A fee will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliances, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property.
FIRE SAFETY: The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire suppressant system and fire extinguishers. An emergency evacuation plan is located on the door of each guest room. Please review this important information.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE: Please notify Front Desk in the event of a fire or other emergency. A map that shows emergency exits can be found on the back of your room door located in each guest room.
LINEN CHANGING: Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying four or more nights, bed linen is changed every fourth day provided all personal items are removed from the bed and our housekeepers can access the walkways around the bed. We hope our guests will assist us in decreasing our environmental impact and water use by reusing towels as much as possible, however, if new towels are needed, please notify the owners or a member of staff.
ADA: The Woodbine Inn and Restaurant is listed on the National Register of Historic Places under the National Historic Preservation Act (16 U.S.C. 470 et seq.) or is designated as historic under state or local law (§ 36.405 Alterations: Historic preservation.). Thus, we are not able to offer handicapped accessible accommodations since such alterations would destroy the historical significance of the property. However, we are committed to doing whatever we reasonably can to make our property accessible. Therefore, we have added the following accessible features:

CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 7 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

SECURITY: At the Woodbine Inn and Restaurant, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation, we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
